Fasting is not easy
It’s one of those last resort type things, too. Not in the sense of nothing else has worked with God so I’m going to try fasting, maybe starving myself will gets Gods attention. It’s just that some things require fasting depending on what you are seeking God for. Other times he asks you to fast for a certain situation.
This will be the 3rd time I have fasted this year....
